One of our core functions we offer is turnkey construction utilizing Innovative Building Technology (IBT) system. IBT is one of South Africa's fastest growing construction industry segments and is used worldwide. Our systems consist mainly of lightweight steel frame sections that are in accordance with SANS 517 and cladding systems that are Agrèment South Africa certified and comply with both the SANS 10400 and SANS 517. These building systems offer numerous benefits including the following:
